Overview
We aim to ensure that our customers are always with our products, and our customer care. Should your item not reach you in perfect condition, please get in touch, and we will do our best to rectify the situation satisfactorily or issue a refund. Please note our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and evidence of any damage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Where a refund has been agreed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that proof of damage must be provided.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us first, then mail your product to: Island Essence, 68 Montague Street, Rothesay, Isle of Bute.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Should we issue a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
